Ive viewed lots of sessions on my iPad....but when I look at the list of classes, it displays "never viewed" on ones that I have already watched, studied,etc. any advice?

Jennifer ~ Our technology does not presently mark views from the iPad. We have added the issue to our "to do list" and we are working our way through our action list.

I believe that classes ARE marked as viewed on the iPad provided you have the video quality set to "Auto-Detect" (Not HD, Medium, or Low).

Hi, I'm unabale to view the classes on my IPad. Sent in a complain to HELP ME! 2 days ago and still haven't heard from anyone. Please assist me ASAP. This is getting ridiculous!

Els ~ I am sorry that you are having a problem. I have emailed you directly to better solve your problem. The vast majority of our customers that use the iPad do so without an issue. Our experience is that for the few people that have problems the solution is often specific to their configuration of hardware and Internet connection. This is why we ask people to email us if they have a problem. We have a large number of FAQs that provide general advice to our members. I hope this explains our philosophy.

Im also having trouble watching the classes on my ipad. It plays for about half the class and then the video wont go forward. Its happened with several classes. Anything i can do? Thank you.

I have had this problem before too and it was because I was too far away from my WiFi router thus the signal was not strong enough to give a fast connection to my iPad.
