I watched chapters 1-5, excellent! Chapter 6 it says is not there. I tried to take the quiz and it tells me I've watched 0% of the workshop and to go back. Not sure what's happening. Can anyone help.

Marion ~ I am sending you an email to help with this as the problem regarding 'workshop viewed' acknowledgement does sometimes occur with our workshops. Chapter 6, however, does seem to be working fine. Maybe try to watch it in AUTO-DETECT (I am watching it in that right now and it is working fine).

All worked well until I tried to print the certificate. A window does not open so I may print the certificate. What should I do?

Marion~ Do you have pop-ups blocked? That might stop the certificate from coming up. I just logged in as you and was able to get it open. The certificate looks like one of the signatures is in the wrong place so I'm going to have to see what I can do about that.

But try and see if you have pop-ups blocked. If you still can't get it to open I will try and email it to you.
