Have never had a problem playing and or viewing the videos until now. Today, page where video should come up, with title, no of class and instructor name shows, but no video. What is wrong?
Monica ~ I see that you usually watch classes on your iPad, which is always set in Auto-Detect. If you have recently experienced problems watching videos on your iPad, I would suggest updating your iPad's software by syncing it with your computer (that seems to have fixed people's recently iPad problems).
Danijela~ Click here to read an FAQ about video quality and where it is. It is located below the video player screen, where there are 4 options to choose from. If you are generally having problems watching videos, it may be your internet connection or that you have too many programs running, in which case I would suggest restarting your computer and seeing if that helps.
I have never had a problem watching classes on my computer, but tonight I can't get any of the classes to run- I tried auto-detect, low, medium- nothing works. I will check and see if I can run on my phone, but would like to know what's going on with the computer!
