NEED HELP FINDING WORKOUT FOR INJURIES!

I have arthritis in my neck, a previously broken ankle, and hip and shoulder problems. I need a slow paced workout to help me. Any recommendations?
Yes! There are several to chose from. The first one that comes off the top of my head is Lolita San Miguel's (one of Joseph Pilates students) class. There are other's as well... Many of the level 1 and 1/2 classes will suit you, but I suggest starting here....
