The video constantly interrupted every few minutes, and stuck in the middle. It is not possible to watch a hole class without being interrupted at list once every 3 minutes. It is important to note that I'm watching the video from Israel. During my free time (the 15 days) the site worked perfectly fine, and Now that I'm paying I have a lot of issues with the Videos. I would appreciate your quick response and help.
Galia~ I am sorry that you are experiencing technical difficulties and being a paying or non-paying member should not be causing these problems. From the problems you have described, it sounds like your internet may be having trouble supporting the video stream. I would recommend restarting your computer and watching the videos in either Auto-Detect or Low quality (options located below the video player screen) which should make this work. i have had this same issue for 2 days now the video wont play. i follow the instructions to fix it that are on the contact us and it didn't help. i wrote an email and still haven't gotten a reply. my internet speed is fine i can play movies on Netflix and watch videos on youtube all but on this website
all videos stall after a lapse of anywhere from 3 to 5 minutes. I try other video play back options and reboot without any improvement. I've been so desperate that I even try audio only!
Joni ~ I've responded to the other thread you were posting on, but wanted to respond here too in case others are having the same question. The server we use to store our videos is down, and it is causing our videos not to stream properly. It is through Amazon Web Services, and we hope they will be fixing it shortly. Thank you for your patience.
