I have this problem a couple times now... I start a video and it stops. EX watching Raising the Bar- the 3rd chapter plays 3 seconds and stops. If I reload it... again only 3 seconds. I can't FF or move beyond that spot. It has happened before and I just change videos but I would like to watch it in it's entirety.

Cassie~ I am sorry that you have encountered a technical problem. I would suggest restarting your computer and then trying to watch the class in Auto-Detect. If you still get stuck at the 3 second point, try fast-forwarding through this method. If you continue to have problems please email contact@pilatesanytime.com

I am having problems with some classes: # 574,920,833 They stop half way through. I have tried to refresh/start compt. I"m viewing in Auto-Detect, but can not FF or move beyond that stopped point when I scroll over video bar. I have gone back to each of these videos at different times and still no luck. Very disappointing.

Karen~ I would try watching the video in another video quality and seeing if it works better for you in one of those. Low or Medium would probably be the best options, although you will have to wait for them to load. Please email contact@pilatesanytime.com if you continue to have problems.

I love this website but am very close to dropping my membership. I am never able to watch a video all the way through even on low or auto detect. Fast forward or rewind is never an option. I have very limited time that I can actually watch a video so I am very frustrated. Any other suggestion besides what has already been put forth to others experiencing the same problem?

You might try using the "Auto Detect" mode. In this mode, you can always jump to any spot in the video without waiting for it to load.

Also, if you use Google Chrome or Safari (but not IE or Firefox) you can also jump to any spot of a video using one of the other viewing modes (Low, Medium, HD, etc). It's a limitation of IE (Internet Explorer) and Firefox that doesn't allow this functionality.
