No Videos are playing for me right now

Not sure what's going on, or if just temporary...

I seem to be having the same problem. It looks like the screen is loading and then all I see is a white area where the video normally appears.
Having trouble as well. Same issue as above!
I am sorry that you are all experiencing this problem. The videos have been playing fine for me today so I do not think this is a general site problem. I would first recommend restarting your computer and then trying to watch the videos, first in Auto-Detect but then switching to Medium or Low if that doesn't work for you. These video viewing options are located below the video player screen.

I would also check your computer's bandwidth to make sure you are experiencing general video playing problems today.

Finally, if you continue to experience problems, please email contact@pilatesanytime.com.
After I pressed auto detect, it started working!

The blank white screen where the videos should be playing has been occurring for me since yesterday afternoon. I have emailed tech support. Happening on my Mac, on both Safari and Firefox. Tried another Mac computer, same thing. Videos ARE, however, playing on my iPad. Strange. Hope they can fix it.
Added note... yes, videos can be seen once "Auto detect" is clicked, but that should not be the case.
yup worked for me too, phew. My heart sinks when I can't make things workl and assume it's me or my computer being a pain in the derriere. Always good to know I'm not alone!
