The past few weeks when I watch classes the video stops for no reason at all. I have the feed for auto detect. This happens while I am at home with a strong internet connection and also at work where the internet connection is a bit slower. If I watch the video at the low setting the video is blurry. Any suggestions on how to resolve this?
Tamara~ Are you watching on your computer or on a device? If it's a computer I'd recommend restarting your computer and then maybe try watching it in a different Video Quality other than Auto-Detect, as maybe a different one will work better for you. Medium I usually find is pretty reasonable quality and it plays pretty reliably. If you continue to have problems, please email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com.
