super frustrating when i get my day all organized to do a workout, and none of the sound works. and yeah, my computer sound is working fine.

Very sorry that you can not hear the sound. Our video players do have volume levers on them that work independently of the volume control on your Mac. Please check those and make sure they are turned up.

If those are turned up, here are a couple of ideas for things to try:

1) Restart your computer
2) Try a different web browser (such as Google Chrome instead of Safari)
