I will watch part of a video on my pc and if I return later it says video no longer available - but if I click off and go to classes it will open, but frustrating because I have to start over - help:) please

the same thing just happened to me. Very annoying because I was loving the class!

Nicola ~ I'm sorry that you are having trouble with the videos freezing. I left a suggestion that may help on the class that froze for you. I hope it helps!

me neither..for the past week, everytime i stop a class, it says later 'error loading media, file cannot be played'

please help! it doesn't matter which file, every file i tried in this last week behaved like this..

We will see if we can work on a better solution, however one solution that should work now if you encounter this problem is to press the "Refresh" button in your web browser. This should remember where you left off and resume your video. What's probably happening is the URL for the video file is expiring.

Would you guys mind letting me know about how much time is passing from when you stop the video to going back to resume it when you have this issue?

for me, the time varies between a few secs and a few mins -- i stopped for a few secs, put it back on, and it displayed the same message.

the refresh key doesn't work -- it doesn't help me. still has the same msg, it seems that once i have it, i cannot get rid of it, and it appears in ALL the videos that i try to watch

Could you please let us know what the error message says and where it appears?

Also, have you tried using our "Auto" mode? If you go to this page:

Select "Automatically determine best video quality".

when i go to the video settings, i can only choose between JWplayer and VideoJS. i chose the latter, to change from before, and i watched Amy Havens' latest video. i stopped it and came back to it after 10 mins, and this is what i saw:

but there was no network error, so i don't understand the message. and now again, i cannot watch any other video -- the same message shows up again.
