Video stops when trying to forward

When I am trying to forward a video so I can review a certain section the video stops and an error message appears. My signal is strong and this seems to have accelerated when the resume video option was introduced. Any suggestions?
Sandra ~ Try watching the videos in Auto-Detect. When you use this setting, you can fast forward without getting an error message.
I have the same problem as Sandra. Every time I watch a video, with a strong connection, and I either pause it or fast forward it the video freezes. This seems to be happening more frequently.
Tamara ~ I'm sorry that you the videos have been freezing for you. I recommend restarting your computer to clear away the processes that are running. If you continue to have problems after doing this, you can email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com for more options.
I'm having the same problem. Either when I want to fast forward to a particular section of the video or just randomly freezes. I tried restarting my computer and still happens. What is the Auto-Detec and where can I find it? I don't get any error message it just freezes. Also my signal is really good and browsing the internet has no interruption watching other videos . Appreciate your attn.
