Video Stopping - No Quality option

The video frequently stops, and I don't see a selection to change the video quality to auto detect, or low. My speed is good - just tested at 15.6 MB. Please help.

I have also lost the quality selection, and also find that the videos are taking 100% of the CPU, causing the fans to run constantly. They stop when I force quit Pilates Anytime
Melanie ~ Thank you for your post. We have recently made a change to our video player so that only the Auto-Detect option appears. It should automatically choose the video quality that is best supported by your internet connection. We are working to fix any of the bugs in the system so there won't be any problems. We are hoping to have this resolved soon.

If your CPU is taking up 100% this usually indicates a problem with your Flash plug-in. Here are a couple of things that usually work to fix it:

1) Restart your computer

2) Quit the web browser you are using and use a different web browser instead.

I don't understand why you removed the quality option. Everything worked smoothly with that while now Videos are not working for me also, they stop frequently. Can you please bring back the (not so old) quality option?
Gia, where is the auto-detect feature that you mention still exists? I have looked and looked and I cannot find it. I, like the others here, would like this feature brought back. I am on rural broadband and my connection speeds are slow and now that you have taken the quality adjustment away, I can no longer successfully use my subscription.
Soolbeat ~ The video automatically plays in Auto-Detect. It should choose the quality that is best supported by your connection.
Gia, I continue to experience problems with the video simply stopping. I can't restart using the play button and must recycle the site, which then asks me if I wish to resume at the spot I left off at. This is a great interruption to the flow of the routine. I much prefer to set the quality on low, and allow the video to flow uninterrupted. Would you please return the manual setting as an option. It worked consistently, and much better. Thanks
I am having the same problem that Michael is having. I can never get through a video without it stopping. Is it possible that having a consistent "low" setting as Michael suggests would allow better play-through?

I am also consistently having problems with the video stopping, then after a long wait, resuming only to stop again. This did not happen until recently and I had wondered if it was something to do with my MacBook Pro.
