Hi. Sorry I have no idea how to say this in English but I will try. I would like to know why, starting a week or two ago it is not possible to start and stop the videos where I want. Sometime I rush through them because I look for ideas and I do not want to watch the all video, but with my iPad lately it is impossible go forward or backward. Any idea why?

Could be? Are you on the website or the app from PA. I normally using the web site also on my iPad. It could be, I downloaded the new iOS 7, this is the only difference.

Hi there. Ok, I tried again but when I hit the forward arrow on the screen the video goes to the end. I cannot stop it where I want. On my iPad screen there is not the auto detect sign or the low/ high definition sign. I cannot choose. Thanks.

Paola ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with the videos. I'm thinking it might be because of the iOS7 update. I didn't update my iPhone and I was able to play and fast forward the videos I tried on the mobile site and the full site. I recommend downloading the app. I think it will work better and it allows you to choose the video quality. If you continue to have trouble, please email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com.

Paola, I also downloaded Ios7 fee days ago and isimg the website. No problems for me untill now. I hope you solve the problem quickly:(

Hi everybody. Unfortunately nothing seems to work. On the app everything is fine, on the website the small arrow at the bottom of the screen does not move in slow motion forward or backward. Funny, I tried with another pilates website, and it works really well. I guess it is not my iPad or my PC but the system of the PA website. I am in Switzerland, maybe it is important. Anyway I am getting very nervous because sometimes I do not have the time to watch the whole video.
