Hi! I have low back issues - herniated disks at the L4/5 and L5/S1. I have done Pilates with a private instructor for 5 years and am quite advanced, but now live in an area with no studios to access. Due to my injury I can't do any rolling of the low spine. I've found many workouts I can do but it's so frustrating to get half way through one and then it moves into a whole segment of roll downs and I can't do any of it. Is there any way to avoid this? Would you consider adding something to future descriptions that indicate exercises that take pelvis out of neutral when weighted?
Where I used to do Pilates injuries like mine were common and entire reformer, tower and matt classes were evolved to accommodate low back injury clients :)
