I have been having problems lately with the video picture freezing but the narrative continuing. This has happened on a variety of classes, old and new. I have tried switching from auto, to med or low etc. Sometimes have got the video to restart but the previous continues so there are two narratives going on. Sometimes have to shut down computer completely to get it to stop.

Kerry ~ I am not quite sure how there are two videos playing at once in the same browser. Can you please send us an email at contact@pilatesanytime.com with some more information regarding which browser and what type of device you are using to stream? That may helps us to figure out what is happening.

This same thing has started happening for me lately too, so wondering if you figured out the cause? I'm watching through Mozilla on a laptop and ethernet connection (not WiFi), usually on the medium setting. The picture will freeze but audio continues, even if you close out the window and start over. Very strange! Advice appreciated...

Berlinesque ~ I am sorry you are having difficulties playing our videos. Have you also tried restarting your computer before streaming the videos? Sometimes there are too many processes running on the computer that will slow down streaming. I would also recommend playing videos on the "Low" setting and trying Google Chrome as your browser since in my experience, it tends to be a better browser for streaming.

HI yes, same as Berlinesque, on laptop. Kept happening, switched to Low and fingers crossed so far so good.

I take back my last comment. It is still happening, no matter what level I play video on. I am beyond frustrated. This has only happened in the last month or so, never in the previous YEARS.

Kerry ~ I'm sorry you are still having trouble with the video player. I recommend using the debugger for this video player so we can identify what the problem is. Here are the instructions. I'm still having the problem when I try to watch through Firefox, but today I tried Chrome instead and that worked okay. Tomorrow I'll try with Firefox again and then do the debugger if problem persists...
