Hi there. I've noticed that when I choose the player that allows quality selection on my account options, it works for that specific session, and I have to set it to that video player every single time.
I thought it might be something that has to do with the cache settings, but since I'm setting this directly on my Pilates Anytime account, I would assume it should stay a certain way until I choose to change to "Auto" mode. Is there any way you could check about that, maybe?

Emma ~ Thank you for your post. When you are using Pilates Anytime, are you using different devices? If so, our video player needs to be changed on each device. If you are not using different devices, then we will check to see if there is a bug that we need to fix. I'm sorry for any inconvenience.

I do occasionally use PilatesAnytime on my iPad; would use of the app "reset" the video player settings I've set through the website on my laptop, though? Seems like a bug, even if that is the case, isn't it?

Emma ~ Thank you for your response. Using it on your iPad shouldn't reset it on your iPad. I will have our programmers look into it. Hopefully they will be able to fix it soon.

Emma ~ I'm sorry you are still having trouble with the video player. I talked to our programmers and they told me that it is an issue with the cookies. Hi Gia, thank you for the response. My cookies are enabled, and this website has always been whitelisted for me in any blocking software or app; it's not the cookies, it's never been the cookies.

Still waiting for that solution :/
