Did you guys change the video player options yet again? Suddenly I can't seem to find the place where I used to be able to choose between Auto/High/Med/Low playback mode, and this was something I really counted on for smooth viewing. Now there are just two JW/JS options, but I don't know what the difference is and both are giving me problems. Can I get back to the old way of viewing? If you're going to keep making random changes like this, could you please at least alert us in an email and explain any technical issues so we don't have to go searching through the forums for possible explanations? It's really frustrating when you get all set up to watch a video/do a workout and everything has changed again! Thanks.
Berlinesque ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with our videos. We have been making adjustments to the video player in the hopes that it will fix the problems that people have been having. The default is now Auto Detect which will automatically choose the best video quality for your internet connection. You can also choose your own video quality by hovering your mouse over the HD button and selecting the one you prefer. If this doesn't work, I recommend switching to our Alternate Video Player.
