Maggie ~ Thank you for your forum post. The deliberate classes are slower paced, sometimes with more explanations for each exercise. The moderate classes keep a nice even flow, but are more of a medium pace. The accelerated classes are quick with smooth transitions so you can keep moving from exercise to exercise. They generally have less explantation. Typically all of the Level 1 and 1/2 classes are deliberate whereas the more advanced classes can be any pace.
