I was very happy to see that you now have a download feature so videos can be viewed offline. However, when I try to download the app closes. Initially I was able to download but when I tapped the playback button a message would appear saying the video had not downloaded, even though the video appeared in my downloads list. Please advise me how to I this. I am going on holiday and wish to play the downloaded videos offline. Thank you.

Brighid ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with your downloaded videos. I recommend deleting the app and then downloading it again. If you continue to have trouble after trying this, please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com.

Tatyana ~ We are happy to help you download a class. If you have an iPad or iPhone, you can download videos through our app that is available for free in the app store. Here are instructions for downloading videos once you are in the app. If you have any trouble, please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com.
I have tried each of the 3 video formats and rebooted my laptop computer twice. Tried using my notebook and no luck there either. My videos just aren't loading.
when I started an HOUR ago I was looking for a 60 min class....then adjusted to looking for a 40 min class....then lowered my expectations to a 30 min class and now I BRIEFLY got 5 minutes into a 20 minute class before realizing I now no longer have time to even take class before I go to work. Help!
