Hi. In the past few weeks, I've lost the option to begin viewing at any point in a video. If I stop, I have to start from the beginning. Dragging the cursor forward just results in an infinite buffering spin. Have tried: cleared cache/cookies; updated Flash; I even bought a new router. I'm using safari. Ideas?

HK ~ I'm sorry you are having trouble with our videos. I recommend trying a lower video quality as this seems like a problem with the internet connection. If you continue having trouble after trying this, please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com.

Im also having trouble with this. 45 mins workout becomes 60 mins or more because of the infinite buffering. When it resumes, the video and the audio don't sync.

Stephanie ~ This is usually due to a weak internet connection. I recommend trying a lower video quality as it may work better for you. You can also try a different browser to see if it works better for you. If you continue to have trouble, please email us at support@pilatesanytime.com.
