ROKU issues

I have been streaming through Roku for the past few months with success. However, for the last 2 days I cannot get the app on ROku to even open. Is there an issue going on?
Diane~ I'm sorry you are having trouble streaming through your Roku? I recommend doing a system update, which can be done through your settings on your Roku device. This should help to fix the problem. If you continue to have trouble, please email us at contact@pilatesanytime.com.

I have the same issue. Roku have stopped opening the app last week and system update is not available for my model at this time.

Hi Sylvia,

We have discovered an issue with first generation Roku devices (which were last made in 2011). The issue is that the Roku Channel Store is publishing an out-of-date version of our app. I have contacted Roku about this issue and hopefully it will be resolved soon, however it may be possible that Roku is not fully supporting these older devices any longer.

You'll know you have a first generation Roku if your box has any of these names: SD, HD, HD-XR, XD, XD|S.
