video not working

Hi I am on a laptop watching the video on a Chrome browser. With every video I get to about 18 minutes and it freezes and disappears and I can't replay it unless I reload it. It is not the internet as I can see it is downloading faster than it is playing.

Nicky ~ I'm sorry you are also having trouble with this video. I recommend trying a lower video quality as it should help the video play through without freezing. You can also try another browser to see if it works better for you. I find that Firefox and Safari all work well for me.
