Hi, to understand quickly what we have available in "Pilatesanytime", is it possible to have the "Index" of the contents. To have them listed somewhere?
Hi Giovanni C -- Natalia from the Pilates Anytime Team here!
While we do not have a table of contents directly available on the site, we would recommend these two spaces to help you find the content you may be looking for:
1) https://www.pilatesanytime.com/search - This space is the Search Hub which will allow you to look for classes based on equipment, level, duration, props used, and more!
2) The Browse Menu - This is available in the top right corner of the Website, and will allow you to jump to Newest Videos, Programs, Challenges, and more.
We hope these options will help further with navigating our library of classes! If you have any additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us at support@pilatesanytime.com
Thanks Natalia for your explanation. Two more questions: 1) which is the criteria to number the reformer classes? 2) is it possible to identify which are the reformer classes with the "exercise list"?
Hi Giovanni C -- We would recommend checking out Reformer classes by to best find a class that suits your needs. Searching classes based on the Exercise List would not be the most optimal way to do this. Instead, you can visit the Search Page (https://www.pilatesanytime.com/search) and select the you are in need of. There is also an option that you can select to only look for classes on the Reformer.
We currently have Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced classes, and we also have entire Programs dedicated to classes in that specific level range.
