It would be really helpful to be able to search forward or back while viewing so you can take in some cues you missed, or watch a specific detail in execution, etc. Sliding the time bar at the bottom is frustratingly inefficient.

Suzan ~ If you are watching the video using Auto Detect you can click on the progress bar and select the exact point that the video will start playing. Are you asking for a 15 second rewind feature. We always looking to improve our service and appreciate the feedback.

I also agree with other posts that if there were a list of exercises in each video with the cue time it would be great, & your 15 second rewind feature sounds useful as well. Thanks so much for your prompt response.
