Hi Cindy, We're happy to try to film more ball workouts, but it would be helpful to know what you find about the classes that is "hard on the lower back." Can you be more specific about what you found challenging so we can make sure to create a class that is more suitable?
okay. i was going to make another suggestion anyhow ;) i think there are lots of us that deal with bulges, or herniations...where too much flexion is sketchy. hoping for a workout with mostly flexion! i have actually found a couple that are great that way- and i know i can always modify. i just love new stuff though! :) so there are some "ball" workouts where you seem to be sitting straight up a lot, holding the ball above your head. lots of twisting of the body. if i had a choice, i would love more variety laying down, or laying on the ball. i don't' know. i know there is already tons of variety though, so thanks! love pilatesanytime!!!

You may want to check out Erika Quests BOSU classes. I'm not sure they will translate, but you may find some good ideas to use on the ball in the meantime.
