Loved the new shots with Rebecca.. after watching, I saw the rings which I am not familiar with. I have actually never taken a pilates class! I confess years ago I purchased the very popular tv version by Gunther Renker, forget her name.. but I was disappointed because there were no basics included.. the class launched into terminology I didn't know.. it was frustrating. My suggestion is perhaps a section that shows types of equipment used during classes, and perhaps some simple explanation for them? Thanks!
