How about posting different level workouts every week?
I noticed that it's been something like deliberate week, 1/2 week, and 2 week. It would be great to have a mix so we don't have to wait a week or more for the moderate accelerated stuff.
Dear Pele ~ Thank you for the feedback and I agree with your suggestion. We try every week to post a mix of mat and equipment classes at various levels. Some weeks are more diverse than others. We are working on getting better!
