I have a Springboard and would love to see some use out of it! Even though I've done springboard and many years of reformer, its difficult to motivate at home just simulating what I know!!
Hi Missy, are you referring to the Springboard from Balanced Body? If so, you can watch the Wall-Unit/Wall-Tower classes that we have on the site for some new and fresh ideas. Although they are slightly differenct apparati, the uses are quite similar. Of course your springboard doesn't have the push-through bar option, but all the armwork/arm springs, roll back bar work, leg springs etc will transfer quite well. Hope that helps!! Let me know!
Thank Amy!! I know enough to be very dangerous on the Springboard but its hard to motivate at home so it will be super helpfull to be able to watch and use! And yes...its the Balanced Body Springboard!
I'd like to ask a follow up question to this thread. Since Balanced Body now makes a push through bar for the springboard, any chance I can convince you to put up some classes? I use my boards constantly. I love teaching cardio springboard and have a vast repertoire but I'd love to find some new inspiration. Thanks!
