I would like to see recommendations, or exercises for those who have sacro problems, although there possibilities and variations of certain excercises may be I can learn new options for them
I think this would be a really good addition to the site. I'll speak to instructors about it specifically in hopes they choose to teach about it. In the meantime, I think Brent Anderson and Elizabeth Larkam's Reformer classes address (though not blatantly) this issue.
