I don't need a yoga block to assist me, but I do like to work with props and was wondering what exercises I could do with a yoga block - so I googled it, and found a few exercises and tried it :)
I found its some of the exercises are similar to working with the overball. I thought it could be quite...different... and many people (i think) own a yoga block? But its not a necessity.
Anyway, thank you for the classes. I love Pilates Anytime, i fell like I would be lost without it!
