I would like to see a couple stretching classes focused on hikers and walkers. I hike 1 to 1-1/2 hours several times a week and afterwards my legs, hips, back and neck are very tight with the repetitive motion. I developed piriformis syndrome (sciatica) from the motion. Now I take my mat with me if I drive to a trail head to stretch immediately afterwards.
It would be great to have a quick 10-minute stretch routine that can be done immediately after the hike and a 20-30 minute video when I get home.
If you have some existing videos you recommend, let me know. I am new and admit I haven't worked my way through your stretching videos yet.
pattyS ~ Thank you for your feedback. We have a few stretch classes that you might enjoy. For a quick routine, you can try Rebekah Rotstein's Back Release Techniques tutorial. I also recommend Melissa Connolly's Stretch Workout. If you go click on Classes, and then select Specialty, you can view all of the classes that focus on stretching. I hope you enjoy them.
