Hi! I would love to see a class with an emphasis on exercises particularly good for ski conditioning, since the ski season is now upon us and I know from experience how great Pilates is for my skiing!
Haille, I just filmed a really short class yesterday (about 15 minutes or so)---not really traditional, but did have some emphasis on lower extremity and rotation. Take a look when it comes out. I think a fun class will come out on New Years day too.....stay tuned!!
