I'll do one .... I love the Spine Corrector! It's one of my favorite pieces. My mentor, Pat Guyton is incredibly skilled on the Spine Corrector so I feel grateful to have learned from her. I'll try to get this class up soon. Anything in particular that you all have requests for?

Oh thanks Amy!! I dont have anything in particular requested other than a nice flowing class with a bit of variety thrown in. ie: arm work or something. Leave it to your imagination! I look forward to this class! Your awesome,

I got a Pilates Arc for christmas; love to have a class to follow as I begin using!

It would be great if you would add a pilates arc class! Any plans to add one in near future?
