I would like to see more advanced classes with focus on athletic enhancement (golf, tennis) I work with pre-olympic swimmers and triathletes. Always a challenge to keep them challenged! Also, where are the Tower/Cadillac classes???
Thanks Terri. Tower/Cadillac classes on the way, but they will come relatively slow compared to the mat classes. Thank you for the suggestion. As you know we are taping real classes so it becomes difficult to offer such a specialized topic within the regular flow of scheduled classes. That said, we can certainly make the suggestion to our visiting instructors. For their classes we can invite a specific population to attend.
Hi Paula ~ Do you mean that you would like the classes that are focused in the classical style to feature harder exercises, or that you want more variations offered on all the classical exercises within any given class no matter what the level? I suppose you could mean both. In any case, thanks for the feedback.
I would vote for both. Also, how about a super-advanced class? Also show some creative variations of the classical repertoire or some creative new uses of equipment and matwork? Balanced body now has the Rocking Reformer. Elizabeth Larkham is good with that one.
Completely agree with Terri. Athletic and sports specific stuff is good, but as long as the general public (non golfers) but fitter practitioners can still benefit from them.
