Two suggestions. The first is meant kindly. I love the workouts where we just move. I am not an instructor. I just need the movement, and after years and years of doing it..the form cues become automatic. It's hard to feel like I'm wasting half the workout just listening. Or only doing two reps. Also, I'd love to see something meant for fibro. It would need full body movement...stretching, tissue release...lots of variety. Also, just to add a third wish...I'd love to see a full workout of just side lying exercises some day, ?????? thanks for reading!
