I have done Niedra Gabriel's 10 min tower class several times now for a couple reasons 1) it is quick (with three little ones I rarely get more time than that) 2) it is full body and 3) it uses one part of the tower (the roll down bar) for the whole series. I would LOVE to see similar "quickies" using the push-through bar, leg springs, and arm springs. Or even a 10 min abs or 10 min Legs. That kind of thing would really help me get more exercise!
