Workout for mens’ issues?

I’ve been on PilatesAnytime for two years and I can’t imagine living without it. The excitement and dedication that you all share with us is inspirational.

Now I finally have a request and hope you’ll consider it. As we all know, men have tighter hamstrings, less flexible hips, and (for me especially) a rounded back, compared to women. I would love a workout that is challenging (e.g. level 2/3, a real regular mat workout that one could go back to over and over, not a stretching exercise) and which doesn’t compensate or adjust for these issues, but is specialized to make a lot of progress with them over time.

I’ve made much more progress with “mens’ issues” in a couple months of intensive yoga than in two years of Pilates, because yoga combines strength with flexibility. Pilates seems more to assume the flexibility is already there. I love Pilates and would like to see the same effect on the Pilates mat.

I hope you’ll think about it... us guys would really appreciate the help!
