If possible, more post natal series please! The current repertoire from Leah and Courtney is great, but as a second time mum working back to her pre pregnancy strength, I'm conscious this takes months to do, and a wider variety of post partum recovery and PP-safe classes (for post 4,5 month delivery) would be appreciated and also provide some variety for new mums using the classes. I've tagged on my personal playlists PP friendly classes to include in my rotating list, but would love to see more classes focused on this. Thanks!
