Session Suggestion

As I was finishing up my ride this morning (on bike), I was thinking it's time for some apparatus....wouldn't it be great if PA had sessions like, "30 mins of Reformer after a 30 minute ride"...or "30 mins of Tower after a 30 minute run" These sessions would work areas you did not work previously and "flush out" the areas you did work....just sayin' Thank you!
Great idea Jennifer! I'll give that some thought for my next equipment class that I film for the site. Much appreciated feedback!
