Reformer series

I would like to see a kind of reformer beginnner seties like you Did with matwork by madam gabriel. . What do you think? Monica Italia
What a great idea!
Thanks Amy. You Are my favorite Teacher . I learn a lot from you every time . Just two things:
Why you don't Teach a kind of Fletcher towelwork like Ken Did last yeAr? your work is so specific!!
And when you Teach matwork at your studio, yoU walking around the people and checking them or you Also do the exercises?
Thanks again.

Hi Monica....thank you so much for that compliment! I do use the green SOS strap (not a Fletcher Towel) for standing shoulder girldle work from time to time and do have a few classes on the site with some of that work. I'm happy to do more of these if you'd like. And at my studio, I do a mixture of participating with my students as well as walking around. I tend to do more participation with them so that I can help keep a flow (at least I try) and rhythm, so they can see how each exercise can lead into the next. That said, I do stop when I need to and address each person with a specific question or correction. I feel that is also important to their process. The best scenario, I think, is for me to be doing class with my students and have a teacher in training walking the room helping to make corrections on the students so the flow stays consistent and the students get the corrections they need.
