Hi there, really would need more tutorial classes for new graduates. would be great to learn from somebody who is just starting out. I often see how to teach a beginner but nothing for how to teach yourself for the first time. I belief there is a slight gap. Am training to become an instructor at moment but have no idea how to get a job without experience and how to teach my first class. Would appreciate some help in this sector.

Tips for newcomers would definitely be a good idea! :) But I think nothing replaces watching other teachers in the "real world" and beginning by assisting them. Did your problem include none of that?
In addition PA is really helpful even if there are no videos saying "this is how you teach". But listening to cueing, taking note of things that the teachers instruct you to do will certainly help you find your voice! Hope this helps :)
