This sucks completely. I tried it on low, reg and high resolution. It takes forever to fast forward. Almost like seconds at a time. It's frustrating! I have DSL, at a good speed too.

Pls. do something about this so we don't have to waste 10 minutes each time to fast forward. One of your classes wasn't working. Paused in the middle. I had to restart and took forever to get to the 20 min mark. Pls. make fast forwarding more accessible and convenient.

Pele ~ I appreciate your frustration here but so long as the class has loaded (which in low format should take seconds and in high format not much longer with a high speed DSL connection), our fast forward button lets you jump to anywhere in the class back and forth. I just tried it with the Julian Littleford class you were having trouble with and it works just fine. You watch a lot of videos, may I ask if this is a new problem or have you always had trouble with the fast forward button? Please consider that it might be something else other than our fast forward button so that you may find a resolution sooner. Some ideas that I mentioned in my other response to you would be to see how many programs are open, restart your computer. There are other possibilities as well, but hard to list them without knowing more detail from you. If you'd like one of us to contact to you to troubleshoot the problem, let us know.
