Reformer Rebounder

I cannot seem to find any Reformer Rebounder lessons .. has anyone done these?

Lynda C ~ Unfortunately, we don't have the Rebounder in any of our classes, but you can try our Jump Board Classes as an alternative. You may need to make adjustments on some of the spring settings, but you should be able to do the same movements on your Rebounder. I hope this helps!
