Pilates after a Hysterectomy

I have been looking for some pilates after Hysterectomy, There seems to be nothing out there, and keep getting directed to Post-partum videos. This is not very useful as Pregnancy the body prepares for the baby and the recovery after the baby. A Hysterectomy is not natural and recovery is very different and also for those who may have had a Hysterectomy not by choice( and maybe have no children) to be in a session talking about since the baby this and that not great for the mental health. Surprised there are no videos on here.
