Oh man sorry Jamie! We're not ignoring you. I think it just isn't a natural thing for most of us to do and I suppose we're waiting for someone else to do it. I would love to know what you hope to achieve by adding a foam roller to the Reformer. I think maybe if we know what you want more specifically it may spur some creative thinking. That said, I don't mandate what the PA teachers teach. Once invited, it is really up to them to put up what they feel is most appropriate or what they think the members want from them. I suspect someone will step up sooner or later if you don't mind asking now and again. Jamie you are a valuable asset to us when you make requests so please don't stop. Thanks for your patience.
Ty Kristi, I just thought the post had not been spotted yet. Mainly was just looking for some variety on the reformer. I love the roller and the reformer and thought together it would make for some interesting combo for some stability challanges to combine them. Maybe just at the beginning of the workout for some upper shoulder girdle work and to open the spine . I have done something like that on reformer and enjoyed it alot. I just was looking to see what creative things you gals would come up with. You all are so talented! Thanks for responding.. just throwing ideas around.
