Specific Ball workout?!

I am hoping to see a new ball workout sometime soon...one that is a bit easier on the lower back. Specifically SI problems and pelvic instability. I LOVE ball workouts, but many of them are hard on my back...thanks! :)

Cindy have you tried the roller? its so wonderful for back and SI issues.Not to mention stabily!
Hehe...k. Yeah, sorry for the awkward posting...I love the roller too! Just need more of them :)
