Doing our best Terri ~ Please look forward to Brett Howard, Tom McCook, Rebekah Rotstein, Kathy Corey, Michael and Ton, Michael King, Julian Littleford, Cara Reeser, Elizabeth Larkam, Michele Larsson... admittedly, many of the classes taught by these individuals will be Mat classes as I always let the distinguished and visiting instructors choose their preference of content.

As my Ladder Barrel just arrived I couldn't agree more. The Ladder Barrel is where I need to deepen my knowledge. How about a Ladder Barrel workshop from yourself Kristi?

Ha! I'd love to Reiner... thank you for the suggestion. The likelihood that I'll have the time to organize one in the near future is somewhat slim, but I am happy to say that both Michael King and Julian Littleford intend to teach classes on the Ladder barrel for us in May.

Julian Littleford? This very cool. I like his three Ladder Barrel video podcasts which are available via Youtube very much.

I too would really appreciate a ladder barrel class. Such a wonderful apparatus!

Michael King filmed a Ladder Barrel stretch that will be coming soon. Julian ended up filming using the arm chair instead.
