Nauseated during workouts

I put this post here, as I thought it was poluting the other forum, but just wanted to let Kristi know what Dr. said about my nausea spells during workouts. Dr. says I'm healthy and can workout as long as I am comfortable, but believes that the nausea is being brought on through certain excercises that could be stimulating my lymphatic system. I learned that there are several lymph nodes next to the spinal column, and in the abdomen. Certain excercises that i had been experiencing nausea with (like the standing butterfly move and Meredeth's extenshion during the roll down) could be stimulating the lymph nodes and causing nausea. Sounded theoretically possible to me. I'm just going to avoid moves that have caused nausea in the past, and he told me to drink more water too.
I just re-read that post, and boy did I misspell a ton of words. Spelling is not my strong suit!
Hmmm? Interesting Ann. Thanks for letting me know. Keep paying attention to when it happens. I'm very glad to hear your Dr. thinks you're healthy and its okay for you to work out.
