I was the only woman!!!!

Went to a Reformer class at my gym tonight and I was the only woman! This is sooooooooooooooooo exciting to me as I just love to see men doing pilates. I was unfortunately the only person there that knew how to do short spine corrently. So I had to demonstrate to a room full of men...but it was fun watching them learn how to do it. I had to do a gazzilion pushups though...as they all wanted pushups and hug a tree.

Wow, that is impressive. I've been to several group reformer classes and only once was I not the only man.
