MOTR on PilatesAnytime

I would love to see MOTR videos on Pilates Anytime. We use them at the studio a great deal and have found a way to use them in conjunction with the long box to make the exercises more accessible to older or injured clients and with the Bosu to challenge advanced students. The MOTR is such a great tool the ideas are limitless.

I completely agree. I use my MOTR at least twice a week. I absolutely love it and would love to have some classes here on it!
